Rich in Tuscan architecture, this elegant second-home residence, set on a private golf resort adjacent to the picturesque desert mountains, mimics an old-world Tuscan villa. Similar to a villa, the front door is set deep into the home so that a series of architectural events are experienced as you proceed to the front door. First, a glimpse of the entry courtyard, next a vertical stone-crafted entry tower leads to the loggia, flanked by the entry courtyard with a reflecting pond, which in turn leads to the front door. Upon entry into the home, one immediately experiences the incredible impact of the view of the golf course and desert mountains beyond. The floorplan of the home was designed to maximize the spectacular view while also promoting interaction between areas.
